“This building’s configuration was different from the operator’s other communities, so it was a challenge to deliver the same desired amenities and double-height spaces. We worked closely with the architect to ensure we included all of the operator’s signature equipment and amenities. Plus, everything was functional and interconnected for staff efficiency.”
